Deposit/Cancelation Policy
- To secure your appointment at our spa, we require a deposit of 40% of the total service cost to be paid upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount due at the time of service. By providing this deposit, you ensure that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to prepare for your visit and allocate the necessary resources. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us maintain the highest level of service for all our valued clients. - We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or You will be charged a cancellation fee.
- At Wax by Fefe, we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before you arrive. As we are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. We respectfully ask for appointments to be canceled in 24hrs prior to your scheduled service. There will be a 50% cancellation fee applied ,If No call No show a 100% fee applied toward your account for the respective service. We understand that life’s circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you will be charged the cancellation fee of your scheduled service for the missed appointment.
